Take advantage of the expansive grounds surrounding the property, whether it be strolling along the private road or finding solace within the cool stone walls during the summer. Relax on shaded terraces or join us for a glass of wine.

If you desire to explore, venture beyond the property's gates and discover the untamed beauty of southern France. In just 45 minutes, you can immerse yourself in the turquoise blue waters of the Mediterranean, meander through the streets of Perpignan, indulge in local festivals, or conquer the peaks of the Pyrenees during the summer and ski down their slopes in the winter.

Within a 15-kilometer radius, a plethora of activities await, including hiking, water sports, swimming in rivers or pools, exploring Cathar castles, and visiting ancient villages, among others.

If you're looking for a change of scenery, Spain is only an hour and a half away, specifically Catalonia, where the spirit of Dali reigns supreme. Or, in just a short two-hour drive, you can find yourself in Andorra, known for its shopping opportunities.
