This south-facing stone house from the 18th century offers a lovely view and can accommodate 10-13 people. Spanning across 140 square meters, it features a spacious fitted kitchen and a lounge with a fireplace equipped with heat recovery. There are four bedrooms, including two with 160 cm beds, six with 90 cm beds, and one with a crib. The house also includes one bathroom with a shower, one bathroom with a hydromassage tub, and two toilets. The property encompasses an enclosed 800 square meter land with a 50 square meter terrace, half of which is a pool. Additionally, there is a garage available.

This renovated house exudes charm with its authentic stone walls, bread oven, and beautiful French ceilings adorned with wood. The wooden floors and exposed timbers further enhance the atmosphere. The decoration is refined, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Please note that this is a non-smoking cottage, and pets are not allowed. Directions to Dimini, Chalmazel in Loire, Rhone-Alpes, France:

- Depart from Clermont-Ferrand:
Take the A72 motorway and exit at Noirétable-The Halls. Continue on the county road until Noirétable D1089. Follow the directions to St-Jean-la-Vetri, Jeansagnière, and then D101 towards Chalmazel. Turn right 2 km before reaching the village of Chalmazel and take the paved road on the left (Dimini). Proceed to the center of the village and continue on the cemented path on the left. You have arrived!

- From Lyon:
Take the A7 (direction St-Etienne) and then A72. Exit at Feurs. Follow the D1089 (Feurs direction) until Boen-sur-Lignon. After approximately 2 km, turn left onto the departmental road towards Chalmazel (D6). After passing through the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, continue for about 6 miles (2 km before reaching Chalmazel). Take the paved road on the right (Dimini) and proceed to the center of the village. Turn right onto the cemented road. You have arrived!

- Through Roanne:
Take the D8 (direction St-Germain-Laval) until Boen-sur-Lignon. After approximately 2 km, turn left onto the departmental road towards Chalmazel (D6). After passing through the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, continue for about 6 miles (2 km before reaching Chalmazel). Take the paved road on the right (Dimini) and proceed to the center of the hamlet. Follow the cemented path. You have arrived!
