Welcome to the beautiful, chic, and cozy Edge of Marmeloux house! This carefully furnished house spans 200 sqm and is spread out over 3 levels. Located in the heart of the picturesque Auvergne region, it offers a truly exceptional setting, making it a little corner of paradise.

With a capacity to accommodate up to 10 people, this former barn has been transformed into a cozy and meticulously decorated interior. The conservatory is the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast under the rising sun. During the summer days, this sheltered space allows you to fully embrace the outdoors, while providing additional shelter during colder weather.

Every inch of this charming house has been designed to provide relaxation and well-being. The large living room, furnished in a quiet and elegant style, encompasses a lounge, dining area, and kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace. A second comfortable and cozy living room on the second floor is equipped with a TV, library, and board games.

The kitchen is ideally arranged and equipped with high-end appliances, making it perfect for hosting large family gatherings or get-togethers with friends. The kitchen equipment includes white hotel-quality dishes, a dishwasher, microwave and oven, a 4-gas hob and hood, and two large fridges and a freezer. Additionally, there are small appliances available for breakfast preparation.

The Edge of Marmeloux consists of 5 bedrooms, each equipped with high-quality bedding and carefully decorated to create a relaxing and serene ambiance. The bedrooms include a linen room with a 160 x 200 bed, a mole room with a 140 x 200 bed, a raw room with two 90 x 200 beds (or one king size bed), a pink room with two 90 x 200 beds (or one king size bed), and a beige room with a 160 x 200 bed. With three bathrooms, including one with a bath and shower, and another with a spa, there is a toilet area to suit everyone's preferences.

Additional features of this property include a closed private garden, two living areas, a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, a barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, table tennis, two TVs, WiFi, bed linen, towels, basic household products, and basic food supplies (optional meals available upon request). Water, electricity, and heating are also included in the rental.
